Abuja - NIGERIA  A clarion call has been made to Nigerians to rise above their collective apathy and demand the representation and integrity they deserve.  This call was made by Dr. Peter Piper, the organizer of the Electoral Reform Program titled "Setting the Agenda".  The program was aimed at setting the tone for electoral reforms, but it was snubbed by the majority of House members.
